The Restaurants, surrounded by different and always evocative landscapes and atmospheres, offer very high quality products and culinary experiences. Our Executive Chef and his team create diverse menus based on local produce, mainly home-grown, and follow the philosophy of the Mediterranean Diet.
DUE CAMINI RESTAURANT
The Chef suggests his own, sophisticated re-interpretation of typical Apulian dishes. Borgo Egnazia team will give a warm and informal welcome in a very refined and elegant atmosphere, but never too formal.

LA FRASCA RESTAURANT
Our informal restaurant offers simple food often served buffet style, spiced-up by live cooking stations and outdoor barbeques. One of the gardens is dedicated to children where they can have dinner and fun, supervised by our Trullalleri staff.

MIA CUCINA
Mia Cucina is the kitchen of La Frasca Restaurant, where our guests can learn how to cook and discover our recipes and cooking secrets. In summer evenings guests can enjoy home-made traditional, local dishes prepared by our “Massaie” plus piazza and other oven baked products.

KIDS RESTAURANT TRULLALLERI
The TRULLALLERI Kids Restaurants offers a Mediterranean and healthy cuisine based on fresh vegetables and simple dishes. Children will enjoy the traditional Apulian dishes in a balanced way.
From June to August
Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00 (Children’s area located in a corner of the Due Camini Porticato)
Dinner: 18:00 – 19:30 (Children’s area located near Trattoria Mia Cucina)
Trullalleri Kids club staff will be at their disposal during meals.
