Mimina, apulian "massaia"

The preparation of the Sunday lunch is happening at Mimina's place, in the countryside. The "massaia" of Borgo Egnazia who, together with her sisters, accompanies us through the Puglian countryside to make us discover the authentic recipe of "panzerotti".
