Thanks to the passion of small local fishermen, every morning the catch of the day arrives directly in the kitchen from the nearby marina of Savelletri, with all the variety of colours and species that our precious Mediterranean can offer. Here the dishes taste of the sea, of rocks, of curls taken with a knife and of octopus curled by hand on the rocks, according to the Puglian tradition. And they are accompanied by summer-flavoured drinks, to be sipped at sunset, with the romantic background of the waves, directly at your feet.
